Upstairs, you'll find a modern open-plan living, dining, and fully self-contained kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave for your convenience. This space seamlessly flows onto a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking views. Entertainment options include a CD player, TV, DVD player, R/C air conditioning and electric blackets on the beds to ensure your comfort. The main bedroom upstairs features an ensuite bathroom and a hairdryer is provided for your convenience.
Downstairs, there is a second bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a king bed if desired. A bathroom is also located on this level for added convenience. The laundry area includes a washer and ironing facilities. For outdoor cooking, a BBQ is available for your use. The townhouse also offers a double lock-up garage and a large private yard.
