Casa Trinitarias is a beautiful 3 floors Colonial house in San Diego Neighborhood located within Historic Center of Cartagena. It has 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8. Enjoy this private modern house in the Old City. The house is located in one of the most accessible and renowned areas of Cartagena’s old city, This house is surrounded by some of this Caribbean city’s best Restaurants, Bars Plazas and Shopping centers.
You will be able to enjoy a pool located on the first floor as well as 360 views of the old town from its rooftop terrace. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and two common areas (living room and rooftop terrace).
PROPERTY RULES:
1) Each guest must be registered before arrival, must send their identity document and must complete the contract with the information of all guests. Also show your Identity or Passport document at the time of check in.
2) The DOCUSIGN is a mandatory document and must be completed at least 72 hours before the arrival of the guest. DO NOT ENTER ANY GUEST WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENT AND WITHOUT HAVING REVISED PAYMENTS
3)The entrance of visitors or guests of any type to the property is prohibited, only those who are registered in the reservation.
4) A charge of $ 35 USD for private security must be paid by the guest making the reservation. He will also serve as a server and assistant for any special needs.
5) No noises or loud music are allowed after 22:00 hrs.
6)The use of the property is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed in the property.
7) Any damage caused to the property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days.
8) It is forbidden to bring pets of any kind to the property.
9)It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the property, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
10) We are not responsible for the loss of documents or personal items, we suggest if the house has a security box in the rooms, make use of them.
11) Sex tourism within the property is totally forbidden.
12)Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
13) Every time you leave the property, turn off the A/C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
14) Please do not leave the keys inside the property. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $25.0 USD.
15) To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
16) For your safety, there are cameras controlled by a private security company in the social areas of the property, never in private areas.
17) The support and service personnel of the property must remain within the same at all times, can not be expelled for any reason.
18) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please give the keys to the local expert. Make sure to let your Local Expert know your Check-Out time and leave the windows & door are secured.
