Unwind and have the ultimate Caribbean escape at Blue Horizon Villa, featured on season four of HGTV's “Caribbean Life”. Ideally situated on almost 4 acres of ridge line at the east end of St. Croix, the villa overlooks the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea from horizon to horizon. Ideal for one or two couples, Blue Horizon offers privacy and comfort with bright, open architecture, wood vaulted ceilings, and understated industrial chic decor. There is a master bedroom with a mahogany 4 poster king bed on the upper level and a day bed in the front sitting room perfect for naps. The downstairs bedroom has a private entrance & also offers a king bed that can be converted to 2 twins. A gourmet kitchen is contiguous with the great room upstairs and offers a Subzero refrigerator and Viking range with ample counter space. An antique dining table serves as an island. The entire home is cooled throughout by the uninterrupted trade winds and there is a refreshing, brand new fully tiled saltwater pool. There is seating in the pool overlooking Buck Island and the north shore reef in the immediate foreground. On clear days and nights St. Thomas, St. Johns, Virgin Gorda, & Tortola are visible 40 miles away on the horizon. You will want a rental car to explore everything St. Croix has to offer. The villa is minutes from Point Udall, where the sun rises on the easternmost point of all United States territories. There are outstanding snorkeling and scuba diving opportunities all over the island; since St. Croix is a U.S. territory dive boats are USCG inspected and captains USCG certified. No passports necessary! Our property manager will show you to the house and get you settled, as well as answer any questions you may have. The owners are also available to make recommendations and answer questions. No children under 16 please; our villa is located on a ridge that provides spectacular views but is not kid friendly.
