Das Gästehaus ist ein reines Nichtraucherhaus. Gemütliches Gästehaus für 2-3 Personen mit 40 qm. Es liegt sehr ruhig im Garten hinter dem Wohnhaus. Das Haus befindet sich im südlichsten Stadtteil von Freiburg, in St.Georgen. Die Anbindung mit ÖPNV ist sehr gut. St. Georgen besitzt ein schönes Freibad. Mehrere Bäckereien, Metzgereien, ein Bioladen und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist innen und außen 2013 renoviert und eingerichtet. Sie betreten das Haus über die Flurküche. Hier finden Sie eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche. Ein kleines Wohn-/Esszimmer steht Ihnen zum Aufenthalt zur Verfügung. Hier steht ein Schlafsofa von 1,18 m Breite zur Übernachtung der dritten Person. Anschließend folgt das geräumige Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Von dort geht es weiter ins Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Betten besitzen eine Größe von 90x200 cm. Die Bettdecken haben die "Komfortgröße" 155x220 cm. Parkmöglichkeit besteht direkt vor dem Haus.Im Interesse aller Gäste ist das Gästehaus ausschließlich für Nichtraucher reserviert.Im Haus und auf dem Grundstück besteht Rauchverbot.Das Gästehaus ist für Handwerker auf Montage oder ähnliches nicht geeignet! Der Garten wird vom Vermieter selbst genutzt und steht Ihnen nicht zur Verfügung.

Summary: For a couple with two small kids this was the perfect little vacation stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and gracious and did everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible. My family immensely enjoyed our time here. We couldn't be more grateful!
