Positive: Clean, modern, well equipped and well designed rooms. Lovely views onto the garden. Open plan kitchen, separate utility room with washer and dryer. Secure internet. Quiet area, easy drive to local supermarket and restaurants. Good access to Eiffel national park. Garden gate leads onto wooded walks.
Negative: Driveway of house requires completion. It detracts from the lovely interior of the house.
Summary: Modern house in quiet area that is very well equipped and comfortable.
