Die Ferienwohnung mit Balkon befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines freistehenden Hauses in Hanglage mit großem Garten in Bad Waldsee / Ortsteil Unterurbach. Die Umgebung ist leicht ländlich geprägt. Der Stadtkern von Bad Waldsee ist 2,1 km entfernt. Das Gesundheitszentrum "Waldsee Therme" und die 2017 neu eröffnete "Sauna-und Wellnessanlage" sind nur 1,4 km entfernt. Eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in Bad Waldsee zu finden. Bad Waldsee liegt an der Oberschwäbischen Barockstraße und ist mit seiner historischen Altstadt ein Kleinod eingebettet zwischen zwei Seen. Der Stadtsee liegt mitten in der Stadt und kann zu Fuß auf einem ca. 1,6 km langen Uferweg komplett umwandert werden. Die Bodenseeregion erreicht man schnell nach ca. 45 km ( z. B. Friedrichshafen). WLAN ist kostenfrei. Kostenfreies Parken in der zur Ferienwohnung gehörenden Garage oder auf dem Abstellplatz. Abstellmöglichkeit für mitgebrachte Fahrräder in der Garage. Tiere als Gäste? Sie wurde Mitte 2017 fast komplett neu möbliert und hat einen großzügigen Wohn-/ Essbereich mit Flatscreen-Fernseher, Radio und allen Annehmlichkeiten zum Wohlfühlen. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit bequemen, getrennten Matratzen, zwei Nachttische, einen Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode. Die Küche mit Sitzplatz für Zwei ist mit Elektroherd mit Cerankochfeld und Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Das Tageslichtbad verfügt über eine große Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Der schöne Balkon mit Tisch und 3 Sitzgelegenheiten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung ist bis auf Küche und Bad mit hochwertigem Parkettboden ausgelegt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Erstausstattung mit Salz, Zucker, Tee, Gewürzen, Küchenpapiertüchern, Geschirrspüler-Tabs, Putzmittel und WC-Papier steht bereit. Da es sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung handelt, ist bei Bedarf auf dem Balkon Platz für eine Zigarettenpause. Für Ihren PKW sind ein Abstellplatz und eine Garage vorhanden.
