Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in Elzach. Elzach ist eine aufstrebende Kleinstadt vor traumhafter Kulisse im Herzen des Schwarzwaldes in der Nähe von Freiburg. Berühmt und berüchtigt ist die Elzacher Fasnacht. Die Figur des "Schuttigs" hat Elzach überregional als Fasnetshochburg bekannt gemacht. Unsere im Erdgeschoss gelegene Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet und hat einen 20 qm großen Wintergarten. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Orts- und Waldrand von Elzach, aber dennoch zentral. Die Innenstadt erreichen Sie zu Fuß bequem in 10-15 Min. Ein großer Supermarkt mit Bäckerei, die auch am Sonntagvormittag geöffnet hat, sowie ein Discounter und die bekannte Metzgerei Winterhalter sind nur 50 m entfernt. Die Terrasse befindet sich derzeit noch in der Fertigstellung. Es handelt sich hier um eine Nichtraucherwohnung, in der keine Haustiere erlaubt sind.
Die 80 qm große Ferienwohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines Privathauses und kann mit max. 2 Personen belegt werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, großem Kleiderschrank und Radiowecker. Im Wohnzimmer können Sie sich auf einer großen Couch entspannen, fernsehen oder eine der für Sie bereitgestellten DVD´s anschauen. Die große Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen mit Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Filter- Kaffemaschine und Senseo- Padmaschine. Auf Wunsch stellen wir Ihnen einen elektrischen Tischgrill zur Verfügung. In der Küche befindet sich noch ein seperater Esstisch mit Stühlen. Das Badzimmer ist mit Badewanne, separater Dusche und ausreichend Handtücher ausgestattet. Das Schmuckstück der Wohnung ist ein 20 qm großer Wintergarten und Strandkorb. Zahlreiche Prospekte mit Ausflugstipps, sowie Wanderkarten und Fahrpläne liegen in der Wohnung aus. Die Terrasse befindet sich derzeit noch in der Fertigstellung und kann daher nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden. Elzach biete ein vielfältiges Angebot an Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Neben einem gut ausgebauten Radwege- und Mountainbikenetz, können Sie die Landschaft über die sehr gut beschilderten und teilweise prämierten Wanderwege erkunden.
