Am Rande des Schwarzwaldes befindet sich das schöne Kinzigtal, das sich durch seine intakte Naturwelt und attraktiven Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten auszeichnet. In der Ferienwohnung "Rebberg" finden Sie alles, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird. Eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche sowie ein großzügiges Tageslichtbad. Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend ohne Durchgangsverkehr, Sie wohnen also ausgesprochen ruhig - perfekt, um sich zu erholen.
Gemütlichkeit und moderner Stil sind in der Ferienwohnung Rebberg 2 in
anspruchsvoller Weise kombiniert. Die Ferienwohnung mit zwei seperaten
Schlafräumen, offener Wohn-und Eßküche und Bad bietet für 2 bis max.4
Personen eine tolle Möglichkeit für einen Kurz- oder Langzeiturlaub im
schönen Wolfach.
Die Ferienwohnung Rebberg 2 befindet sich im Dachgeschoss. In dem
Eingangsbereich und den Schlafräumen befinden sich gewachste und geölte
Holzböden. 2014 wurde im Wohn-Küchenbereich der Boden komplett neu
renoviert. Die Wände wurden 2014 ausschließlich mit natürlichen
Struckturputz bearbeitet.
Es ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung. Der überdachte Hauseingang kann zum
Rauchen benutzt werden.
Lage:
Urlaub auf der Sonnenseite von Wolfach. Man benötigt ca.12 min. zu Fuß in
die Stadtmitte Wolfach (Rathaus). Die Untere Rebbergstraße ist eine
Sackgasse in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone, aus diesem Grund ist der
Straßburger Hof als sehr ruhige Wohnlage bekannt.
Wohn-Küche:
Der offen gestaltete Wohn- und Küchenbereich bietet viel Platz für
familiere Geselligkeit.
Die neue Einbauküche in L-Form bietet zum Kochen und Backen alles was
das Herz begehrt. Cerankochfeld mit Backofen, Mikrowelle mit
Grillfunktion, Bosch Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine,
Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, Toaster, Koch- und Eßgeschirr u.s.w.
Das tolle Mega-Sofa im marrokkanischem Stil läd zum Reinkuscheln und
Entspannen ein. Einem geselligen Fernsehabend steht nichts im Wege, denn
der neue Flachbildfernseher in HD-Qualität und dem Resiver/Sat-Anlage mit
einer großen internationalen Programmauswahl lassen keine Wünsche
offen. Zwei Dachfenster auf der Südseite (verdunkelbar) ein großes Fenster
und ein Dachfenster über der Küche geben dem Wohnzimmer viel Helligheit.
Bad:
In dem Badezimmer mit Tageslicht finden Sie eine großzügige Dusche, ein
Waschbecken, ein WC und ein Regal zur Ablage Ihre Badeutensilien. Jeder
Gast erhält ein großes Duschhandtuch und ein Handtuch. Handwaschseife
und Handcreme, sowie ein Duschvorleger werden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.
Kleines Rundraum-Schlafzimmer:
Unser kleines Rundraum-Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Bett von 140 x 200cm,
zwei Nachttischen mit Nachttischlampen ausgestattet. Ein angepasstes
Rundregal mit vielen Ablageböden, einer integrierten Hosen und
Wäscheaufhängung und einem Schubkasten ist für die Aufbewahrung Ihrer
Kleidungstücke optimal. Das Dachfenster wurde mit einem
Verdunklungsrollo versehen.
Schlafzimmerecke:
Im Eingangsbereich ist die Dachschräge in Kombination mit der Rundwand
und der offenen Raumgestaltung des Flures der absolute Hinkucker und
vermittelt jedem Besucher eine angenehm entspannte Atmosphäre. Hier
gibt das massive und moderne Buchebett mit 160 x 200 cm Liegefläche,
zwei Ablagemöglichkeiten und Leselampen, unseren Urlaubern einen tollen
Schlafkomfort mit Blick zu den Sternen. Auch hier befindet sich ein
Verdunklungsrollo an beiden Fenstern. Ein kleiner Kleiderschrank bietet
Ihnen Stauraum. Jedem Gast wird ein fertiges Bett incl. der Bettwäsche zur
Verfügung gestellt.
Für das Frühstück im Freien: In den Sommermonaten wird im
Eingangsbereich des Hauses eine Sitzgruppe im Freien für die Wohnung bereit gestellt.
