Pleinfeld im Fränkischen Seenland ist mit seinen Ortsteilen die größte Anliegergemeinde am Brombachsee. Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen und ca. 600 m oder 5-10 Gehminuten vom großen Brombachsee und Badestrand Ramsberg entfernt. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss. Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 65 m2 mit 1,5 Schlafzimmer und Balkon. Das geräumige Bad verfügt über Dusche und WC. Die gemütlichen hohen Räume mit Dachschrägen laden mit einer Wohnküche und großzügigem Essbereich zum Beisammensein ein. Der Wohnbereich besteht aus einem Fernsehbereich mit Schlafsofa, TV-DVD/Blue Ray und einem separaten Bereich ebenfalls mit Schlafsofa als gemütliche Lese- und Spielecke. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit Filterkaffeemaschine, SENSEO Kaffeepad Maschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Teekanne mit Stövchen, Thermoskanne, Umluft Backofen, Ceranfeld, Geschirr für 6 Personen, Spülmaschine, TV-DVD/Blue Ray, Fön, 2 Küchenhandtücher, Bettwäsche und Handtücher (nach Belegung). Kinderreisebettchen und Hochstuhl stellen wir auf Anfrage gerne zur Verfügung! Öffentliche Parkplatze direkt vor dem Haus.
