Warm up this winter in Naples’ finest community ... Fiddler's Creek is like vacationing at a world class resort. Located near downtown Naples and Marco Island, Fiddler's Creek is a gated, upscale private community with 4,000 acres of finely manicured grounds, golf courses, and resort pools. Fiddler's boasts a unique 54,000 square foot club, pool complex, tennis and pickleball courts, and spa.
You enter this fully furnished and recently redecorated end-unit through a large private courtyard. The king master bedroom suite has a large walk in closet, two vanities, large whirlpool tub and extra large shower. Two additional bedrooms each have their own bathroom suite providing comfort and privacy for families or multiple guests (one guest has a king bed and the other two doubles). This end-unit is bright and light-filled, and its location at the end of the street provides a spacious side yard and much privacy.
The main family room has a 75” surround sound TV, with separate TVs in the second family room and the master bedroom. Read a book and relax on a hammock that looks out to the fifth green of the Rookery Golf course. If you need to stay connected, Gigabit internet supports gaming, streaming and working. The kitchen is well appointed and has stainless steel appliances and a gas cooktop.

'Montreux' is one of Fiddler's Creek's cornerstone neighborhoods and is located in the front of the neighborhood off of Championship Drive near the Club & Spa. Step outside your front door and access a large and pristine village pool complete with sun chairs, bridge tables, and a bath house.
Host fees include a welcome gift basket, bi-weekly house cleaning and Gigabit internet.
At the guests’ option, Membership privileges can be extended to seasonal residents for a one time transfer fee, irrespective of the length of stay. This is highly recommended to take advantage of the outstanding Fiddler’s Creek amenities. There is an impressive clubhouse which boasts a full service spa and a state of the art fitness center, as well as a resort-style pool complex with food and drink service and waterslides for the kids. There are also 11 professional quality tennis courts and pickleball courts.
Transfer fee of $750 for use of the Club & Spa is payable to Fiddler’s Creek and will be billed to tenant. $150 Application fee is payable directlyto Cardinal Management for rental. We will send you the associated paperwork after your booking. Note the community application process can take up to 30 days, so book early.
