The villa, is within a ten minute walk to the main Burriana beach. Twenty minute walk to Nerja Town centre. Five bedroom,five bathroom, nice size lounge with TV. leading onto terraces.
The entrance hall leads into the large open plan lounge with satellite TV, DVD and fireplace. There are three bedrooms on this level, (two double, one twin) and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with, oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave. All Rooms have Air Con.
Toaster, etc., also a small breakfast room. Villa is fully air conditioned.
All rooms have television. . Heating in all rooms, also suitable for winter lets. , Four of the five bedrooms have terraces with sea and mountain views. own private pool located in a very nice garden. Summary: A good located, spacious property which needs some updating. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay and on arrival. The accommodation was very spacious and easily accommodated 8 adults with plenty terrace space, balcony’s and outdoor area. Would benefit from more outside lighting to be able to sit outdoors at night. The pool wasn’t cleaned during our 9 day stay and it would have greatly benefitted from this, particularly the tiled surround. There was an issue with hot water in some showers which I notified the manager of. Someone came out a few days later and told us the gas cylinder needed replaced which they did, however even after this was done the hot water supply was intermittent. The aircon throughout the property can only be turned on for two hours at a time, this needs updating as during our stay the villa got very hot! An excellent location near the Mercadona and a 10 minute walk to the beach however very steep walk back up to the villa from Burriana beach. All in all this is a lovely spacious property in a great location, good for a group of adults.
