Positive: The flat is beautiful. Lovely and spacious. Kitchen quite well equipped. Living room beautifully light and comfortable
Negative: The downside was the separate garden. Not ideal because of the dog it is not secure and there is no privacy. It is not ideal having to go down a dark slope late at night to let the dog do her business before bed.
Summary: Beautiful flat, but sadly not ideal with a dog.
