Positive: The person who checked me out on Tuesday at about 10:30 am (don’t know her name) was always incredibly helpful and if she couldn’t do something would find someone to help. Her and two other members of staff were great. It’s a shame about the rest.
Negative: The male member of staff who checked me in my first night was rude and unhelpful.
Summary: Mixed, some great staff some not good staff
