It is bright and sunny. The apartment offers a 20-m² terrace to rest and have a meal, as well as a nice view. It is located in a comfortable building, with great amenities, central heating, marble floors, a tasteful decoration, and plenty of storage space. There is a lift, a janitor, and parking available. The rental is a few steps away from La Croisette and Palais des Festivals in the Californie District, close to Hôtel Martinez. You can walk to the beach, the Palais des Festivals, the exclusive shopping streets, and the supermarkets. The apartment is close to the restaurants, cinemas, and Provencal markets. You will be 5 min away by cab from the SNCF railway station and shuttle service leading to the Nice Airport. You can walk to the Palais des Festivals, so it is ideal for conventions in Cannes. Summary: We had two great weeks here - the apartment is situated close to the beach and the city in a peaceful neighbourhood. We payed extra for cleaning at the end of our stay by the very helpful and dedicated concierge, but we somehow think the guests before us did the cleaning themselves - it wasn't quite as expected.
