Summary: We cannot share enough about this amazing spot that we feel so fortunate to have found! We are locals currently going through a home remodel and needed a place to stay. Being that we know the area well, we specifically wanted a family friendly, and central location. While we don’t live in this neighborhood, we know it quite well, and that it would fit all our needs. A safe place for our kids to play outside, friendly neighbors, and close to shops and the freeway.The house has been incredible to say the least. It has been very well maintained and provides so much for us to do. The waterslide and pool in the backyard have provided hours of entertainment for my kids. The outdoor fireplace has become quite the regular spot for roasting marshmallows, and a great place to wind down at the end of the day. We love to cook, and the spacious kitchen allows the whole family to be in there helping to make the meals. What has also been amazing, is the extra room that we have given the nickname of as the “Game Room,” where the kids can have some quiet time watching movies, while my husband and I can watch something else in the family room.The whole house has been completely updated and is fully equipped with all the essentials you would need upon arrival. There is also plenty of storage if you are staying for a long time, that makes the home feel as if it was your own. Evolve has been very attentive, and quick to respond with any questions that we have had – no issues though! Our family feels so fortunate to have found this gem, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and great place!
