The Caicos Royal Suite is a full 1004 square foot, one bedroom unit on the ground floor of beachfront Building #1, the only beachfront building at the Royal West Indies Resort on the widest part of Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It is right in front of the beach and very close to pools, the bar and Pelican Bay Restaurant. Pelican Bay has a great 2 for 1 happy hour every day.
This unit offers the most privacy being at the front end corner of RWI next to the large sprawling Club Med beach and property. This is the best part of Grace Bay Beach. Walkout from our patio to the beach. This well appointed unit comes with many extras and upgrades beyond what the resort offers. Private beachfront patio and a large bedroom with a new King size bed with pillow top mattress together with a living room with a pull out Queen size sofa bed for use by older children, an adult guest or a second couple. There is a pack and play crib available on request for infants. The unit has a fully equipped well supplied kitchen with a brand new dishwasher, and is ideal for those who do not want to eat all their vacation meals at restaurants. Lots of spices and kitchen tools are provided. A gourmet grocery store and other shops are in walking distance. The restaurant and bar on the property are highly recommended and there are many excellent restaurants a short distance away including the top rated Coco Bistro and Coyaba. For gamblers Casablanca Casino is next door to the resort.
The Caicos Royal Suite was purchased by the current owners and former RWI renters in the Spring of 2017.
We have a newer reliable central air conditioning unit and we have made a number of technological and other improvements. The bathroom was renovated in 2019 with a large accessible walk in shower replacing the bathtub.
You can use our lockbox for the key when you arrive. The local manager is available during your stay should you need assistance or have questions or concerns. Rental includes all taxes and a full thorough cleaning before and after use with a midweek light cleaning for rentals of 6 days or more.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE RWI CONDOMINIUM HAS PASSED A BYLAW PROHIBITING SHORT TERM DIRECT RENTAL BY OWNER AS OF JULY 1, 2024. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE RENTALS AFTER THAT DATE UNLESS THEY ARE FOR 90 DAYS OR MORE.
