Large mint condition home on a 1 acre lot with 4+ bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, open floor plan with large modern kitchen great for entertaining. Newly finished basement with game room for rainy days. Large deck & patio, in-ground pool and room for the kids to run around in the backyard. Perfect home for a large family, hosting guests or for two families sharing a rental. Pictures do not do the house justice.
Conveniently located - close to the beach and bay. Have access to a kayak and paddle board. Short commute to the North Fork and all that has to offer - the vineyards and apple and pumpkin farms in the fall. Something for everyone in the family to enjoy.
