Summary: We came to phoenix to gather together with family. The property was nice, the outdoor space was great. Perfect for hosting family. The rooms were comfortable as well. We were disappointed that the property is advertised as having a heated pool only to find out there is an extra charge to heat the pool. It appeared as though a thorough cleaning had not taken place as there were full trash cans when we arrived. We also had to purchase toilet paper and trash bags because they were not restocked adequately. We could see extra supplies in the garage but had no access as access was locked. The thermostat was locked as well and there were nights when heat came on and made it too warm for comfortable sleeping. Details matter and make the difference.
