This COLORFUL and SPACIOUS home sits on a very PRIVATE one acre lot and enjoys lush gardens. It is located in a GATED COMMUNITY with 24/7 SECURITY, near the surfing/fishing village of Esterillos Oeste. It's only 750 METERS TO THE BEACH and a quick drive to all the adventures and tourist activities of both Jaco (15mi. North) and Manuel Antonio (28mi. South).
Casa TUCANA's OPEN FLOOR PLAN features a SPACIOUS GREAT ROOM (Kitchen, Dining and Living areas) with 30' tall Cathedral ceilings, Master Bedroom with on-suite Bathroom, two large guests bedrooms with a shared bath, and a laundry closet. The interior is TASTEFUL AND COLORFUL with custom furnishings by a French Artisan.
You'll enjoy the large COVERED PATIO complete with BBQ & TEAK PING PONG TABLE (that doubles up a s a great outdoor dining table for 16!
This home also has LUSH TROPICAL GARDENS with lots of monkeys and sloths and that offers COMPLETE PRIVACY.
After a fun day of activities, you'll love cooling off in the large POOL (15'x 40' x 6'), watching monkeys and Sloths from the SUN DECK or just relaxing with a good book under the shade of the PALAPA BED.
The ROOFTOP TERRACE is great for Yoga, or again just relaxing in a HAMMOCK under the Palapa.
PING PONG - The great Teak Ping-Pong table also doubles as outdoor dining table that can sit up to 16! It's a great hit for kids of all ages! (pun intended!)

Summary: Our family of 5 adults spent Christmas in Costa Rica. The house was perfect for our trip. The house is very comfortable and and had all of the things we needed for our stay. The pool and outdoor areas were great. The jungle is in your back yard and the monkeys came through each morning and evening. The location is excellent for seeing the area and the local beach and water were excellent. The managers Chloe and Dan were terrific and Dan is an excellent surfing instructor if you want to give that a go. The area is very secure and we felt very safe. This is a terrific choice if you want a place to yourself with lots of room.
