Positive: The setting of the accommodation is wonderful. It is set well back off the road and is very quiet. The garden is private and has suitable outdoor furniture. Unfortunately the poor weather prevented us from making use of it. The property is very modern, very clean and tidy, and well equipped. A downstairs and an upstairs toilet, separate from the shower room, were very much appreciated. The shower room is large and bright with a very comfortable walk-in shower. The host called with us to check that all was well, which was also much appreciated. The road to Arromanche passes by the property and it is a short, easy drive to the town.
Negative: The stairs are very steep. We managed them okay but young children or anyone with a mobility issue may find them too challenging. The pillows were rather large and very firm, so we had to improvise an alternative, but the bed itself was comfortable.
Summary: High class property.
