Please be aware that galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to santa cruz island. once you arrive to seymour airport in baltra island, please take a public bus to baltra ferry terminal where you should take a ferry to santa cruz ferry terminal. then, take a bus or a taxi to puerto ayora. give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. this whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. to move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Positive: Lovely lovely staff! The kitchen was well equipped and the free bananas and fruit from the tree was a lovely extra perk! Snorkels were a great price to rent (worth doing!). The shower was great and the fan provided was very helpful. We had a lovely stay here! 10min walk from main street but you pass some great Panderias and Empanada spots!
