Please list the ages, well behaved and always supervised by parents is ideal, our home is best suited for adults. If you can respect our home & ALL house rules we would love to have you stay at our home. There is an open stairway, no baby proofing, crib or high chair, our home was decorated for grown ups we have valuable and irreplaceable Decor we don't want played with and possibly damaged. Decor is only meant to be looked at, not played with.
- Maximum 5 registered guests allowed in the house - We do NOT allow unregistered guests/visitors or parties in/at our Airbnb, as this would be considered trespassing and in breach of our rules.
- Please Note: There is a strict NO SMOKING & NO PETS policy at this property! If we find that you are in violation of either of these rules you may be asked to leave or will be charged additional cleaning fees.
- You have 100% use of the house, the Garage is OFF limits to guests.
