WiFi is available in shared areas free of charge. The monks’ former living quarters have been converted into luxury suites and guest rooms and are defined by their original, superb Romanesque architecture that features high-vaulted ceilings and rustic decor. Restaurant La Table de L'Abbaye offers refined cuisine and excellent local vintages, and you can enjoy panoramic views while dining on the terrace. The hotel is about a 28 mi scenic drive from Avignon, Les Baux de Provence and Aix en Provence. Positive: The position is amazing with spectacular views
Negative: The drive up is not good as evidently rain had washed the drive away 2 weeks ago and no repairs undertaken … our car bottomed out several times. Staff seemed disinterested… our evening meal was mediocre and mainly luke warm. The stay was for a 70th birthday celebration and we were both completely underwhelmed. During breakfast this morning a customer sliced his finger badly sat with blood dripping everywhere and not much assistance given. On check out the young man passed us the bill and didn’t even ask if we had enjoyed our stay … we will not be returning which is a shame as the position of the hotel is stunning ..,
