This enclosed sun porch offers the best views in the house and with two upholstered chairs, two sofa beds and other seatings, there is sure to be enough room for the entire family to enjoy. The main floor offers a large kitchen, full sized dining room living room with ample seating, ocean views and a high definition, large flat screen TV, enclosed porch area and one of the 2 bathrooms with shower. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the kitchen closet making packing for your trip a little lighter. The master bedroom located upstairs provides beautiful ocean views from the windows and the new deck and is furnished with a king size bed. The 2 additional bedrooms are located upstairs as well. The middle bedroom with a queen bed provided and the back bedroom offers an additional king bed and queen bed. The second bath is located upstairs as well with a shower and separate bathtub. This home offers wonderful extras inside and out, including the perfect summer BBQ setting with gas grill, outdoor table, loveseats and more ! Best view in town to enhjoy the OOB Fireworks during summer nights !
