Back by popular demand. Stay here when visiting Phoenix! You will find so many options to do within minutes. If you like golf or tennis, a spa day, shopping, amazing restaurants or watching spring training you found the right spot. The home is designed for both indoor and outdoor living. Tennis Courts and park are located in the gated community. Golf is minutes away. This is a custom luxury home.
The large resort backyard features a Heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, firepit, barbeque and lots of space to enjoy meals outside and wine by the fire.
The house is just 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 5 miles from ASU, 15 minutes from Scottsdale or downtown phx. Shopping, gourmet restaurants and golf .
The house is 2,800 square feet and has four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms available to sleep 6 in beds in comfort and luxury. The backyard is large and offers privacy. The kitchen is beautifully appointed and stocked with all small appliances, pots pans, plates etc. It will feel like you are at home! All you need to do is unpack and let the vacation begin!
There are two parking spots available on the driveway.
