Please remember that Samal Island has not yet been developed to its full potential, and that ferry delays, brown-outs (power outages) water brown-outs (no water), and cell phone dead zones can happen. These are an ordinary part of life in many parts of the Philippines. With patience and a sense of humor, you will soon not bat an eyelash when such conditions occur. Just chill next to the pool for a bit, and soon all will be well! NO REFUNDS will be issued for brown out or water brown out conditions, weather, or other conditions out of our control.
IMPORTANT NOTE - THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. No swimming alone. Minors must swim with adult. Mandatory to keep the pool gate at all times. Absolutely no diving. No running on the pool deck. Please, no glass bottles or containers in the pool area. Safety is our #1 priority!
