1. ID proof of booking guest is mandatory. We have a low price for up to 2 guests. After there, its like an airline - just because there are empty seats, it does not mean additional guests can stay for free. Thus there is a per person per night rate for additional guests beyond 2. Revolving guests do not lower the numbers and booking must be for total number of guests + pets that will stay between 10 PM and 7 AM on any given day during the stay. Nightly price is dependent on the maximum of either actual number of guests + pets AND the number of guests + pets confirmed in the reservation within the cancellation window. Unauthorized individuals will lead to cancellation without refund.
2. Tampering with any cameras, sensors, locks, extinguishers will lead to cancelation without refund.
3. You accept responsibility for safety, actions and liability of all guests, active supervision of accompanying children & pets and their following house rules.
4. No parties, smoking/vaping, marijuana/drugs, weapons. Minimum 3 times cleaning fee will the penalty. Smoking only permitted on front verandah while adhering to the quiet times as listed below.
5. No vehicles, people and pets creating noise or light beams in quiet time (10 pm to 7am). Reservation may be cancelled if this is happening other than for late check-in.
6. No conducting a business on the premises. Remote work is fine.
7. If optional physical key is provided, place it back in the lockbox. Losing it is a 3-night charge penalty.
8. Parking only permitted on the street. No parking on the driveway. Commercial vehicles not permitted.
9. No moving around of the furniture, furnishings, or sticking/nailing anything.
10. Replacement/Repair cost for any damages is your responsibility.
11. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to the building or your possessions that may occur during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance from third parties.
12. Indoor garbage bins are provided with bags in the main living area kitchen and the bathroom. If they are filled, please drop the tied bags into the large black bin outside the garage in front of the house.
13. Bottles/packages containing drinkable liquids to be placed in a big blue bag.
14. Food and organic waste and oils must not be thrown into kitchen sink but collected in the garbage bin.
15. For any health and safety concern or an emergency, we are authorized to enter the property.
16. Unapproved check-out past 10 AM will incur a half-day penalty and past 12 PM will incur a full day penalty. This does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
17. Please close and lock all windows and doors, close all lights, switch off large appliances and disconnect small appliances when you leave the property.
18. Additional cleaning charges may be assessed if the house is left unusually messy and unorderly.
19. Up to 2 pets can be added at the time of the booking which will add the pet fee to the total price. Only then are the pet(s) authorized to stay. Dogs must be less than 50 pounds. Pet fee is set for a single pet and will be double for two pets. If a pet is at the house after not having been pre-informed before check-in, a penalty of double the pet fee per pet will be adjudged.
