Positive: Excellent place to stay. Host was communicative and friendly, able to quickly check me in as I booked very last minute. Everything is absolutely spotless, one of the cleanest places I have stayed. Bed is very comfortable, and everything has been renovated relatively recently. There is no A/C or fan in the room I stayed but even at the end of July Gyumri is cool enough at night that I slept comfortably. Kitchen is large with plenty of appliances etc. Although this is a more expensive place than I might usually stay, I cannot complain at all about the great experience I had. The location is good, about a 10 minute walk from the centre.
