Welcome to my studio!
Modern and tastefully decorated, the studio is designed with a privacy wall separating the bedroom and living area. The living space is perfect for lounging around and keeping yourself entertained with comfortable seatings and a SMART TV to catch up on your favourite shows on Netflix and Disney+.
There's a small dining table perfect for two by the window and a fully-equipped kitchen great for light cooking. Appliances such as a microwave oven, toaster and dishwasher are available. The private balcony outside is small, but it is the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee.
The bedroom contains a spacious king bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably.
The bathroom has all the basics for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There is also a washing machine if you need to do the laundry.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
