Air Conditioner and King bed in bedroom, with a queen hide-a-bed in the living room - to sleep four people total. Large flat screen in living room, and small flat screen in bedroom. Tile floor starts at entrance goes into bath, kitchen and living room for a clean look through out. Easy parking and pool access! Full Kitchen comes complete with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, and all the necessary cookware for meals at home. Accessible to you inside the unit are Ceiling Fans, Linens, Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, as well as an Air Conditioner in the bedroom. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Hale as usual. The condo Wes great well equiped and a great location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that is weird is there is no phone in the condo. Might want to add one. We did have one issue with people above us running and dropping things on the floor at all hours of the night. We called the office after 3 days of this and it was dealt with that same day. All in all we had a great time and will be back on March in this condo for 2 weeks.
