A) PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

You can enjoy a nice vacation as a group of 4 adults and 2 kids at Halkidiki Blue Pastel Villa, a semi-detached villa with a very large shared pool. The pool is not heated and it is open 1st of June-15th of September.
The property is built near Nea Potidea village, on a high cliff, overlooking Toroneo Bay with a stunning large sea view and an unforgettable sunrise behind Mt. Athos, the Holy Mountain. The exact location is: 40.17036297944253, 23.347932730000846

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite full bathrooms (with shower) and balconies (one to the sea, one to the garden).
On the ground floor, the villa has a fully equipped open kitchen (automatic expressor, frappé mixer, 2 fridges, dishwashing machine, electric oven and stove, toaster, sandwich maker).
The large living room on the ground floor has 2 extendable sofa beds (double bed size) and a full bathroom (with shower).
Most people booked an extended vacation, they found it practical to work remotely from this greek location with HD video online calls. The WiFi is a high-speed one, supporting 3 HD video calls in parallel.
Apart from good free WiFi and access to Netflix, YouTube, etc you can enjoy your favorite movies/sports/shows, there is a satellite system with 100+ programs.
The villa has been renovated in 2020 and it has modern A/C, Solar & Heating systems for all-year-around bookings. We love the sun of Greece and the warm climate of Toroneo Bay, which is outstanding also in spring, autumn, and winter.
You can enjoy a large, shared pool (open 1st of June-15th of September) with an exceptional sea view. Sunbeds, umbrellas, towels are all provided for the pool and for the nearby beaches.
A 100sqm yard with a private BBQ space and a pergola terrace are both designed for your get-together moments.
The villa is designed for two families, so it has 2 parking lots with shade.
24/7 outdoor video cameras are installed for property security. For your privacy, there is no camera installed indoors. Just the alarm motion detector and smoke/fire/flood sensors. Please do not smoke inside the villa, as this will trigger the alarm system.
It is a quiet area, away from the crowded places, yet close to Nea Potidea village (2min drive) and to the capital city Nea Moudania (10min drive) where you can find hypermarkets, butcher shops, pharmacies, tavernas, fish markets, traditional fresh fruits and vegetable markets, souvenirs shops.
You can easily reach the villa and start your vacation very soon after your arrival at the Makedonia Airport/Thessaloniki, where you can find all major rent-a-car companies. It’s only a 40min drive on the highway from Thessaloniki plus 5min on a secondary road.

C) THINGS TO BE CONSIDERED BEFORE BOOKING

We share with you some possible relevant information that you might need to be sure you choose the best option for your holiday:
- the villa is outside of Nea Potidea village, away from the noisy crowds. To access the supermarkets, but also to explore the hidden gems of Halkidiki, it is recommended to have or rent a car
- there are 85 blue flag beaches, we recommend trying them to best fit your mood. You need a car for this.
- the complex is quiet, with nice greek people coming to relax especially during weekends
- if you have small kids, they might need 100% careful supervision. The villa is on a high cliff (50m above the sea), the swimming pool is large, there are stone stairs that might be harmful to them
- during 10-31 August and especially on 15th of August (The Feast of the Dormition of the Virgin Mary), the area might be a little bit crowded, it is the preferred time for people of Thessaloniki, especially during weekends when all the beaches, bars, tavernas are full and you might need reservation. If your plane departs on weekends, plan some more time to get to the airport
- the shared pool is open: 1st of June-15th of September.
