Summary: The Harbour Hotel was reasonably located but very noisy. The doors would close with a bang, your neighbors will prove it all hours of the night. There was also city noise. We knew before we got there it was a hit or miss. We would not have chosen it in forethought. The front desk was very good, the breakfast buffet was well represented and clean. Our room was on the top floor, the angle of the roof interfered with our full use of the room, the bathroom was small and clean. Towels and sheets - not bad, pretty good actually. Parking was 13 euros a day and was well worth it.
