Positive: Flat is at n excellent location. Ita balcony is directly next to the harbor and delivers great view. Right below the house there are tens of cafes/restaurants to your liking. Cafes/restaurants are a little pricey though. You can grab your drinks from market and chill in the balcony which offers the same, even better, view and atmosphere with the cafes below. 1 min walking distance from Kyrenia center where you can have access to local buses and airport shuttle. House has 2 bedrooms whşch can accommodate 4 people and plus a large salloon with 2 sleepable couches.Bedrroms are large enough. Plus plenty of space in the salloon. So i think 4 guys may just sleep on the ground if you are crowded and split the bill. Other than that it is quite comfy for a family with or without kids. Has 2 bathrooms and a large american style kitchen which is equipped with almost everything you need from toast to coffee brewer. When we first entered into the house there were issues with cleanliness but once i contact the landlord i could understand from the communication that he was unaware of it(was a problem of cleaning agency) and he acted right away, fixed the issue and covered our initial unexpected experience. So we left the house happily, he was communicative and solution-oriented, even though i was a bit complainer in the beginning of our interaction. Overall it ws a good stay for us. We enjoyed afternoon view people walking up and down, yatches on the harbor, castle on the right hand side, in the balcony with some turkish tea and a bottle of wine from the landlord.
