?The person booking must be present for the entire stay. Extra visitors not on the reservation require express written consent from Host. Violation will result in termination of reservation with no refunds.
? ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the home! This includes pot.?If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE INDOOR SUN ROOM). Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $350 FEE.
? PETS
We just love furbabies but not all of our properties are pet friendly. THIS PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY HOST. If you have been approved to bring a pet, please add your pet to the reservation. Any unauthorized pets will be charged a $175 fee
? LONG TERM STAYS
Any guest reservations over 14 days long will need to pay an additional deep cleaning fee of $65. This covers deep cleaning tasks necessary that are not performed during a routine turnover cleaning.
??No mail or packages may be delivered to the property unless given permission. Please use a Post Office box or Amazon drop off for any mail.
? NO PARTIES
No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party or we receive a noise complaint, we will call the authorities. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund. Any unapproved guests will also result in immediate removal of the home.
? PARTIES IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A $600 FEE AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT COST FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME RESULTS IN A $350 FEE.
