Positive: Spacious accommodation with useful facilities including wifi, fan, kettle, Senseo coffee maker (uses coffee pads not capsules), fridge etc.. The bed and sofa were comfortable. Plenty of hangers for the clothes rail. Instant hot water from gas boiler located in the bathroom. Powerful shower with good size tray. Quiet. Easy walking distance from Brussels Centraal station and near Richard tram stop and Beerlovers bar. There is a nearby Carrefour express supermarket. A bottle of beer in the fridge and some left over packaged food was welcome.
Negative: In late June, it made sense to keep all the black out curtains closed to keep the space as cool as possible. Although there was a low table with a glass surface by the sofa, there was no dining table or dining chairs. The stairs to the second floor apartment are quite steep and narrow. As there was no answer when I pressed doorbells at the property it was necessary to phone the number advised to arrange admittance.
Summary: Good value accommodation reasonably near Antwerp Central station.
