SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, we can comfortably sleep up to 9 guests! However, we do provide an additional queen and twin air mattress for guest accommodation, hence sleeping up to 12. We are also child friendly!

PETS
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at this time. An exception to the rule is Service Animals. Please notify us prior if you will have your Service Animal accompanying you or one of the guests.

Follow along closely- when entering the front door, you will walk into the vibrant living room among the dining area, kitchen, and bedrooms.
LIVING ROOM
Relax and unwind on the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART 55” TV. We also provide Chess/Checkers, Scrabble, Uno, and playing cards in this area.
KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit a local farmers market or grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.

MAIN BATH
The main bathroom has a marvelous shower, vanity, and amenities, including a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
SHARED BATH
The shared bathroom includes a shower, and a single vanity sink. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The home is child-friendly, and to make your life easier, we have a highchair for you to use during your stay.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and outdoor area.
LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for use! We provide detergent and dryers sheets for your convenience.
PARKING
You can park in front of the garage. Parking is available for two vehicles. Public street parking is also available.
HOUSE RULES
We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home.
The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while on the property. +A fee of $1000 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.
Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.
Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Lock the door each time you leave home by pressing and holding the Schlage icon and please turn off all lights.
Please notify us prior if you’re bringing a Service Animal.
If you use the washer/dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.
Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find dishwasher pods under the sink.
Please place all USED towels in the laundry area before departure.
Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out in the trash bin.
