It has 4 bedrooms, 2 suites, 1 American suite (1 bathroom that serves the two bedrooms on the ground floor) and bathroom in the outdoor area, to attend barbecue and pool (total bathrooms in the house = 4 bathrooms), air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms and ceiling fans in the 4 bedrooms, 47 inch LCD TV with SKY closed channels, wonderful barbecue area (adjoining the house, even with rain you enjoy a great barbecue by the pool), 1 main refrigerator and 1 extra fridge plus 1 freezer , swimming pool 8.0 X 5.0 X 1.50 meters (50. 000 liters, "prainha" with benches and 4 aeration nozzles) and cascade (NOT VINYL SWIMMING POOL, IT IS A MASONRY WITH FINISH IN TILES AND PADS).
