Positive: Awesome views, authentic cottage and a super nice owner (the mom of the owner).
Negative: Obviously it's an old and authentic house but it did have some mold in the bathroom and some moisture spots. Also, take into account at least 20-30 euros per day extra for the gas/oil and electricity as it's not included in the price.
