Positive: The location was excellent – we were able to reach everywhere easily. Thanks to the complimentary Basel Card, we received discounts at many attractions and could use public transportation for free. The apartment was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The in-room instructions were very clear, which made it easy to find everything we needed. Communication was also great; our questions were answered promptly. If we visit Basel again, we would definitely stay here.
