a centrally located flat, ideal for exploring Neustadt and the surrounding area on foot or by bike. The non-smoking flat is located in the rear building of a historic building complex, quiet and away from the street noise on the 2nd floor, accessible via stairs (see picture). Own entrance.

In only 4-7 minutes walk you can reach: market square, pedestrian zone, old town, main railway station or e.g. the vintage festival.

➔ Cosy sofa, LCD TV, DVD and stereo. WLAN is in the entire building.
➔ Bedroom: queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm)
➔ Separated from the living area is the well-equipped kitchen with dining area, basics are included. Towels are provided in the shower room (without WC). Two separate toilets. Covered patio incl. seating for smokers and large, lockable room for bikes on the ground floor. Home gym.
