Alexander Villa is a 200 sq. m residence situated in the heart of the small village of Goulediana. Ideal for big groups it lies 15 km away from Rethymno city and the beach!
The villa is an old traditional two floored building that was renovated just a few years ago.
On entrance to the villa’s ground floor you will find a spacious open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, the living room area with satellite HDTV and an indoor dinning table! Also on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom! A second kitchen with a washing machine and clothes dryer lies on the same floor next to the barbecue area and the outside dining table.
On the first floor, there is a second open plan living room with a library space full of books (in German, English and Greek language). There are also 3 more double bedded bedrooms, one single bedded bedroom that has been seperated from the living room with curtains and one bathroom with shower. Since 2014 the master bedroom has a new addition, it's very own shower!
The outdoor area of the villa has a private swimming pool with sun beds and an umbrella, flower gardens, a barbecue with a wood oven and the dinning table under a pergola!
The walls have 3 layers. Stone, brick and stone again. As a result it stays cool all summer long!
It is in a quiet village, where someone can experience the local way of life.
