Summary: Unfortunately our stay was sub par. There were black stains in one bed, burn holes or something in the sheets of the other. The freezer was quite dirty, also leaking into the fridge. At breakfast, the pancake machine was out of order, the hot food was cold, the fridg where the yogurt and milk etc shouldve been was broken so we had to ask. It seemed the air conditioning only worked in guest rooms, there was no a/c in any common area. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, all I got was "oh, that's unfortunate". This was not the response I was expecting, especially after showing the photos. This place needs some work.
