This home has a lot of windows with bright spacious living. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom is on the main level with an ensuite bath, 2 other bedrooms and a bath in the main level with a 4th bedroom and 3rd bath on the lower level. Extra living area with tv and small fridge on the lower level. The kitchen/dining/living area is open concept with lots of windows. Enjoy the large wrap around deck with bbq. And off street parking available.
Includes laundry, wireless internet, cable, parking.
Walking distance to entertainment and great restaurants! Take in a show at the Confederation Centre of the Arts or at the Guild.
Enjoy a walk to the boardwalk along Victoria Park, all the way to the Waterfront at Peakes Quay.
If you’d prefer biking, MacQueens is nearby and they have bike rentals.

Summary: This is an older home that has character, it does need some updating which is expected. We were 7 adults and had ample space. This home does not have AC and the air circulation is poor thru the house. This has been discussed with the owner and she is aware of the situation.
