Additional House Rules to Consider Before Booking:
A House Book (manual containing general guidelines and directives) is available in the unit. Please review the House Book in its entirety for a full scope of rules and instructions for a pleasant stay.
This is a smoke-free unit. There is to be no smoking of any kind inside or around the premises.
Do not rearrange the furniture or remove furniture from the unit.
Additional appliances such as TVs, fans, heaters, sound systems, lamps, additional furniture, etc. are not permitted to be brought in the home.
Towel sets are for the unit only. Do not remove towel sets from the unit or use them for any purposes external to the unit.
Absolute “No’s” in the unit include the use of: glitter, confetti, silly string and hair dye. Violations will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
Only guests (MAXIMUM of 2 ADULTS) that have booked and are specified on the reservation are allowed inside the unit.
No Pets. A $300 fine will be accessed if a guest is found in violation of this rule.
Illegal business operations and/or transactions are strictly prohibited within the condo as well as on the premises.
Repairs and/or replacement of items and furniture beyond reason will result in a charge to the guest equal to or less than the price to repair or replace the item, not to exceed $500.
Professional cleaning that is needed beyond reason, including the presence of tobacco and/or narcotics smoke and/or residue, will result in a charge to the guest equal to the amount of the cleaning fee as charged by the third-party vendor, not to exceed $500.
No gatherings, parties, or loud music.
It is requested that guests not wear shoes on the carpeted areas of the home. This is a simple courtesy to promote cleanliness and protection from outside elements and pollutants.
While guests have full access to the Washer/ Dryer combo units as needed, guests will need to provide their own materials (detergent, dryer sheets, etc.) for “wash days”.
It is very important to note that the unit is an extremely clean environment and the host takes considerable care to ensure that the entire living space is not only cleaned but sanitized prior to a guest's arrival and after their departure. It is expected that guests uphold the same value and respect the efforts to maintain a hygienic, comfortable living space.
To prevent the development of pests and uphold cleanliness, guests are expected to keep the living spaces clean, including washing of used dishes (or placing in the dishwasher; approved dishwasher detergent for the machine is under the sink), and discarding of finished food and food/drink cartons within 12 hours of use.
Unless guests have arranged with the Host to have cleaning service, guests are expected to discard of large amounts of trash by using the community's waste station (located near the entrance).
