Wonderful apartament located in a residential complex in San Agustín (Maspalomas), a few steps away from the Playa del Águila beach. Bright, carefully decorated and with a pleasant terrace overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy and relax, and an excellent communal swimming pool. With capacity for 5 people, two nice bedrooms, Wifi fibre and desk, designed for teleworking. This property has all the comforts to make your holidays a unique experience in Gran Canaria.
This beautiful beachfront flat is ideal for families, friends, couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 5 people, with a desk on the top floor and 300mb Fibre Wifi, designed for teleworking. Divided into two floors, it has two cosy bedrooms, the main one with queen size bed, TV with Chromecast and access to a nice balcony. The second bedroom is on the upper floor, connected by a spiral staircase, with a double bed, desk and TV. On the main floor, from where you enter the flat, you can enjoy a bathroom with hydro-massage shower, a cosy living room with dining area and equipped kitchen open to the living room, Smart TV, single sofa-bed and access to the flat's charming terrace with chill-out area, where you can have breakfast and relax, while contemplating the wonderful views. All this in a quiet residential complex, with all the necessary services around.
Strategically located in one of the most beautiful municipalities of the island, perfect for enjoying its beaches and strolling among its dunes.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, capsule and Italian coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster,fan, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair, clothes iron, hairdryer, and much more.

Summary: Very nice view of ocean/pool , hard to find parking ,broken chairs , reversed plumbing faucets , dirty floors/ dishes , coffe maker , plastic stairwell to upper bedroom safety? ,No A/C , wall units don’t work , property managers only ask questions and and to send pictures. Would not recommend. Did find good access to walking.
