Positive: We’ve stayed here a number of times - it’s truly exceptional and one of my fabulous hotels worldwide

Negative: There was one waitress one day in one of the more casual restaurants who was grumpy one day but really this was a small interaction which was almost amusing and didn’t impact our stay at all
