Positive: The place was nice and clean. The staff was great and was of help each time we needed anything. They served a very good breakfast which was very satisfying. The room given was very big and spacious. The location, although was not very central, but with just some walking, you would easily arrive at the heart of Florence. Overall, all was OK and I fully recommend.

Negative: The only negative thing that I have to say is that although the room was very big, it lacked slightly some essential furniture which one would normally expect to have in a hotel room such as bed side tables with lamps and some proper bathroom furniture.
