Summary: The hotel was clean, staff helpful but training seemed lacking. BIGGEST ISSUE - using the “check in now” feature on hotels.com did not interface with the hotel reservation system. My sister used that feature and when she arrived her room had been canceled. I witnessed other guests, who booked through other 3rd party vendors, having Issues as well. It seems to be an issue with the hotel. Hotel staff were encouraging guests to reserve directly on the hotel website and not 3rd party vendors.
