Positive: Beautiful hotel with VERY comfortable and modern rooms, great pools (2) and a very ideal spot on sunrise beach. The staff was over the top kind and helpful, I had a problem which required a hospital visit and a change in my dates and they helped me get everything sorted out. I have rarely experienced staff go so out of their way for guests unless you’re paying upwards of $700 per night. This is an excellent value for the money. I stayed a few other places on the island and I think this is worth the slightly higher price for what you get here. The WiFi worked well and the bathtub was very clean and nice.. I don’t usually trust a hotel tub but it was so clean that it looked brand new! I was very happy solo, but It would also be a particularly nice place for couples. The food at the restaurant was also nice and fresh.
