A large Spacious modern home with private pool and extra large pool deck for alfresco dining..The house is directly opposite the clubhouse where there is a fitness room, arcade also golf volleyball table tennis and putting green and children swing park not forgetting the large communal pool which is heated .and large hot tub, Wi fi is readily available in the house using a special code supplied.
This luxurious house has a large gas heated SOUTH EAST facing pool and an exceptionally large sun deck with safety net also 6 sun loungers and large dining table 6 chairs.
The accommodation consists of 2 large masters with king beds (one en suite).
1 Queen bedroom with own shower/wc. 2 x twin bedded rooms one Disney Princesses theme, one Spider man, family bathroom to serve. A fully loaded kitchen with all mod cons, luxury dining and sitting area with large 50 inch smart TV and stereo sound system.Also smart Tvs in the two main bedrooms and TVs in all other bedrooms.
It also has its own games room with pool table American football and darts. Spacious comfortable living in the best place to holiday in the world.
The Solana Resort: The Solana Resort is one of the top complexes for British holidaymakers, mainly because it is a quiet gated community with rigid safety I D checks on all who come and go on the resort. It is a beautiful well kept resort and we all take pride in our property. The staff are welcoming and try to help with any problems you may have. The outdoor pool is wonderful catering in the afternoon for the children with ice cream and various organised games to occupy the little ones.
Information is available at the clubhouse for all organised events, The staff can even organise a taxi if you dont want to drive yourself.
Dont forget to visit the arcade and gymnasium and the tiki bar.
WHERE ARE WE??: We are on the US27 at the solana Resort zip code 33897 opposite the Highlands Reserve complex whee you can play golf for a small fee. We are surrounded by plenty of top golf courses all around this area. For the children and the bigger children we have all the theme parks within 20 mins drive.we also are only approx 45 mins from Boggy Creek where the whole family can enjoy a ride over the swamplands and see crocodiles up close on the fantastic airboats .The house is about 1 hr 40 mins from the beach at Clearwater or Sarasota.we have everything in this area to make your holiday perfect.if your holiday is all about shopping the outlet malls are second to none.we also have Ross and TJMAXX which are the equivalent to ourTK Maxx but carry a larger range of goods.well worth a look.
